Objective: Armageddon: Operation:Death Tone Conclusion

Take back Armageddon!

This is an online campaign that will take place immediately after the Third War for Armageddon. Each race will have objectives to complete, and YOU, yes YOU, can participate.

Simply post a battle report or outcome, and be sure to include the forces involved, size of the game, and theater that you wish it to take place in. Anyone with an army can participate to decide if Armageddon will continue to resist, or if the situation deteriorates further.

If you have comments, critizisms, suggestions...ANYTHING at all, drop me a line.

Campaign Rules

This campaign will be conducted on a points system. It will be based on your type of victory, multiplied by the ammount of points that were used in the battle. The total points for a race will not fall below zero, but it will stay at zero until they make positive progress.

Massacred: -3
Severe loss: -2
Minor loss: -1
Draw: 0
Minor victory: +1
Crushing Victory: +2
Decisive Victory: +3

This campaign will last for a set ammount of time (6 months), and will include weekly updates made by myself on each race's progress based on the battle outcomes that I receive. Large battles and decisive victoried will be individually noted and awarded.

There will also be several major operations during the campaign. Each race that wins the major operation will be awarded an extra 10000 points, and this will greatly affect the overall outcome of their part in the campaign.

This is designed to be a fluff-heavy and oriented campaign, decided by the tactical and operation performance of each race. The Race with the most points wins. The higher your points value, even if you do not win, the more it effects your race's outcome.

Operation:Death Tone Conclusion

With imperial forces reeling from the initial string of defeats around the death mire, The armageddon high command gave the region highest priority. Multiple regiments of imperial guard and astartes kill teams were dispatched to aid in the defence of the blistering wastes, and soon saw major leads and progress made. More to come soon!

Operation result:
Imperial Guard victory.

Objectives:

Imperial Guard:
Defend vital strongpoints and drive the enemy off of the planet.

Space marines:
Assist in the defense of the Armageddon System, and destroy key enemy strongpoints on the planet, specificall the orc Rok asteroid bases.

Inquisition:
Provide further data on all enemy activities and stop Chaos forces from summoning Angron.

Orcs:
Complete a working, long range "Tellyporta" to deliver Ghazkull back to Armageddon, as well as overwhelm Imperial forces on the planet.

Chaos:
Complete the long ritual and gather ancient artifacts to summon Angron back to Armageddon and create a massive, successful daemonic incursion.

Eldar:
Protect ancient exodite artifacts as well as defend vulnerable open webway portals to prevent them from being overrun.

Dark Eldar:
Feed cazptured slaves to the Harvester of Souls in order to open the dark webway portal from cammoragh directly onto Armageddon.

Necron:
Awake other dormant Necrontyr as well as the ancient pylon network under the surface and in the catacombs of Armageddon in order to bring the C'tan directly onto the planet.

Tau:
Gather information on the Imperium's military capabilities far from the eastern fringe, as well as provide intelligence and direct data on Orc technology and new "Tellyporta" systems.
